Your delivery is on process because you complete your purchase. We will send you a confirmation email to the email address you have provided, which includes the goods you have ordered and their cost.

• Home Delivery – Delivery charge is AED 15, or free delivery on orders above AED 149. We deliver your order within 1-2 days.

Our delivery partner is TFM Express.

We offer the following shipping methods for delivery in UAE:

• Standard delivery (20AED): receive your order at your home or business address in 24hr
• Same-day delivery (25AED, Dubai only): receive your order at your home or business address within the same day. Available every day for orders placed before 2 pm.
• Pickup locations (for prepaid orders only, FREE): pick up your order at a designated pickup location within 1 business days.

We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in AED (or any other agreed currency).

We have Cash on Delivery, We will charge a delivery fee of 15 AED.

Cash on Delivery is available depends on items.

The maximum order value for Cash On Delivery (COD) payment is 1000 AED.

Upon delivery, the carrier will collect the amount due for the order total. with delivery  charge a fee of 15 AED

We only accept  AED for COD payment, as displayed during checkout.

Refunds and exchanges for all items purchased with COD are issued in store.
